Natural disasters are the worst.

I’ve been reading tons of articles on the Sichuan Earthquake and I just feel so helpless right now. So many children (900 in n Dujiangyan) are buried under rubble, and what’s even more tragic is due to the One Child policy, Chinese parents have lost their only child.

Like my mother said, first the freak snowstorm before Chinese New Year, now this. This isn’t China’s year. I’m crossing my fingers and sending my thoughts to the people there.
